Theodore arrived when his owner moved into assisted living. He spent two weeks deciding whether to trust us. He has since decided we are acceptable.

Fig was found feral behind the bakery on Maple Ave. She has never been held, but she will now sleep within two feet of a human — on her terms.

Clementine was surrendered when her owner entered hospice. She has spent her whole life being loved. She is looking for somewhere to continue that arrangement.

Barnaby came to us as part of a hoarding case — twelve cats, one small apartment. He somehow emerged cheerful, social, and ready for anything.
5 months · Domestic Shorthair
Found under a porch on Oak Street with two siblings. The siblings were adopted in a day. Pumpkin was too busy exploring to notice — she has no regrets.
6 years · Tortoiseshell
Harriet was a library cat for four years before the library closed. She still sits on shelves and judges everyone who passes, which we find charming.
The Visit
Unhurried, handmade, already home. Three steps from your front door to theirs.
Pick a Wednesday–Sunday slot that works. Tell us your first name and a phone number — nothing else needed. We'll hold a 45-minute window just for you.
Wed–Sun · 11am–5pmWalk through the house at your own pace. Cats are free-roaming in the common rooms. Volunteers are nearby but won't hover — the cats do the introducing.
No pressure, no rushWhen you've found your match, we handle a short adoption conversation — temperament, home setup, any other pets. Most adoptions complete same-day.

We came in looking for a calm cat for our seven-year-old. We left with Barnaby. He was riding on my son's shoulders before we even signed the paperwork.
